Democrats vs Republicans

I'm just sick about Ted Kennedy's spot in Congress.  We finally have someone as President that will take on the big issues, like health care, and then we loose a very important seat to help get it passed.  As much as I hate to admit it, the democrats do not support each other.  You can't get a republican to support a democrat idea.  All they care about is big business (Corporate America) and how much money can I make today.  Not who can I help today.  That is what our American Society is all about.  Our Constitution is about the people.  We are suppose to take care of our people and we are the only democratic country that doesn't.  Everyone thinks we are going to take away their rights.  Hell Bush already did that!!!!  He and the Republican Party got us in the shape we are in today not the democrats.  They had 8 years of Bush ism in there and they didn't do anything but get us in a trumped up war that we can't get out of.  That is where all your money is going and has gone to.  They put fear in the American people that there is a terrorist around every bush.  Bush and Chaney got extremely rich off these wars.  The stimulus won't even touch what has been spent going to these wars.  At least Obama is helping or trying to help the PEOPLE of this wonderful nation.  It is the big business (Corporate America) that is not doing their part.  With that being said, this still is the best place to live on this earth (no offense to our allies) but trust me I know the difference.  My husband and I lived in Iran and worked there back in the 70's.  There were guys that probably came off the camel trail holding guns on every corner.  We do live in a wonderful country.  Obama is one of the best Presidents we've ever had and he is trying to work for the people.  Let's support him in these tough times that the Republicans gave us.  Thanks for letting me vent!!!!!
